I ship paintings and prints worldwide and I get a price from a shipping agent on a sale by sale basis, as the price of shipping changes all the time and all of my packages are different weights and sizes. To give you the most competitive price I suggest you purchase your artwork now to secure it and then order the shipping afterwards once you have spoken to me. If you want a price before you order, please email me
To process your order with international shipping select the price I give you (by email or phone) and add to basket.
I have estimated many of the UK packing and shipping costs but can get you an exact cost if you are shipping a rolled canvas/paper print or flat canvas original.
I allow a packing fee and then add shipping at cost price. Upon checkout click collect from studio button and then I can work out the best shipping method and cost with you directly. You then pay me via this page just before shipping. The most important thing is that if you have decided on your work of art please buy it now to secure it, this ensures it is not sold online whilst I am getting a shipping quotation.
Packing Materials and Opening Your Package.
The art is packed in 6 mm thick marine ply and I use edge strips to create a box. When opening the painting package please use a knife and keep it flat, parallel to the box, cut with tip of knife to cut packing tape. Only insert about 1cm to avoid damaging the art. If it is a roll of canvas then open one end by the same method.
Please take the art out of the packing asap (to leave a week or so is fine as the bubble wrap could potentially react with the oil paint) The art is touch dry but continues to dry over the next 6 months.
